In Frau Mark von den Immoladies fand ich eine Maklerin, die mir mit viel Geduld und sehr guten Ideen half, die nötigen Rahmenbedingungen dafür zu schaffen. Mit viel persönlichem Engagement und Akribie hat sie den Verkaufsprozess vorbereitet und begleitet. Noch mehr gefreut hat mich aber, dass Frau Mark diese Transaktion in erstaunlich kurzer Zeit bis Herbst 2017 erfolgreich zum Abschluss brachte. Gerne empfehle ich die Immoladies bei jeder Gelegenheit in meinem Bekannten- und Freundeskreis weiter. In the summer of 2017, I wanted to sell my previously rented apartment. In Ms. Mark von den Immoladies I found a broker who helped me with a lot of patience and very good ideas to create the necessary conditions for it. With much personal commitment and meticulousness, she prepared and accompanied the sales process. But I was even more pleased that Ms. Mark successfully completed this transaction in a surprisingly short time until autumn 2017. Gladly I recommend the immoladies on every opportunity in my circle of friends and on.

After water damage, living room, bathroom, toilet and anteroom, Ms. Mark helped me quickly and professionally. She handled the correspondence with the property management and my insurance company. With her excellent knowledge of tenancy law, she was able to achieve good results quickly. Without an exact knowledge of the matter, you stay with some property management companies and do not get your full rights. Mark konnte sämtliche Fragen bez. der Immobilie problemlos beantworten ( vom Aufbau der Bodenplatte bis zur Dämmstärke des Dachgeschosses). Leider haben wir bei der Immobilie nicht zugeschlagen, dafür haben wir eine tolle vertrauensvolle Maklerin kennengelernt! Had a house tour with Ms. Mark. It would be nice if all brokers showed this level of quality. Ms. Mark was able to answer all questions regarding the property without any problems (from the construction of the floor slab to the insulation thickness of the attic). Unfortunately, we didn't buy the property, but we got to know a great, trustworthy realtor!
