Ich wollte mein Haus über E&V verkaufen, jedoch wurde mir meiner Meinung nach ein viel zu geringer Marktpreis vorgeschlagen. Auf mein Nachfragen wurde lediglich gesagt, dass jede Immobilie innerhalb der ersten Monate verkauf werden muss, sonst „verbrennt“ man sie. Da ein Teil meiner Familie selbst in der Immobilienbranche tätig ist, wurde mir von ihnen davon dringend abgeraten. Mir selbst kam diese Vorgehensweise auch sehr komisch vor und es machte für mich eher den Anschein, dass der Makler zu seiner (Höchst!)-Provision mit minimalem Arbeitsaufwand in kürzester Zeit kommen will. Noch dazu war kein Verhandlungsspielraum beim Provisionssatz, wobei andere Makler immer etwas entgegenkommen. Aus den genannten Gründen habe ich mich für einen anderen Makler entschieden und meine Immobilie in kurzer Zeit zu einem TOP-Preis (viel höheren Preis) mit geringerer Maklerprovision verkauft. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I wanted to sell my house through E&V, but in my opinion they suggested a market price that was far too low. When I asked, it was only said that every property had to be sold within the first few months, otherwise it would be “burned”. Since part of my family is involved in the real estate business themselves, I was strongly advised not to do so. This approach also struck me as very strange and it rather gave me the impression that the broker wants to get his (maximum!) Commission with minimal effort in the shortest possible time. In addition, there was no room to negotiate the commission rate, with other brokers always accommodating something. For the reasons mentioned, I decided to use another broker and sold my property in a short time at a top price (much higher price) with a lower brokerage commission.

Man hat nicht das Gefühl von dubiosen Maklern betreut zu werden von denen ich Bände erzählen könnte (von Italien, Frankreich, Deutschland bis in die USA). Ich wurde vor allem sehr transparent und kompetent beraten. Die Abwicklung des Kaufs ging problemlos. Ich werde mein Haus in Italien jetzt auch von Engel & Völkers verkaufen lassen da hier auch international gearbeitet wird. Vielen Dank and das Team aus Baden bei Wien! Care and professionalism on a different level. Due to my international job, I often changed my place of residence, which resulted in many property purchases / sales and also leases. At Engel & Völkers, I felt seriously cared for for the first time. You don't have the feeling of being looked after by dubious brokers who I could tell volumes about (from Italy, France, Germany to the USA). Above all, I was given very transparent and competent advice. The purchase process went smoothly. I will now also have Engel & Völkers sell my house in Italy because they also work internationally.
