Diese Immobilienverwaltung ist die reinste Katastrophe. Zu Beginn hat die Medig & Partner schon den Besichtigungstermin 2 x verabsäumt und von da an ging es permanent weiter, z. B. kümmert sich nicht um das Reinigungspersonal, das Medig & Partner unterliegt sowie behandelt Sie Beschwerden als Lappalie ab. Frau Medig als auch Herr Fojan sind nur am Profit interessiert und weniger an der Zufriedenheit der MieterInnen.
Musste sogar den Mieterschutzverband einschalten.
Rate zu äußerster Vorsicht, wenn diese Hausverwaltung im Mietvertrag verankert ist.

This real estate management is the purest disaster. At the beginning, Medig & Partner already missed the viewing appointment twice and from then on it went on continuously, e.g. B. does not take care of the cleaning staff, which is subject to Medig & Partner and treats complaints as trifles. Ms. Medig and Mr. Fojan are only interested in profit and less in tenant satisfaction.
Even had to turn on the tenant protection association.
Advice on extreme caution if this property management is anchored in the rental agreement.
