Sie war bereits im Vorfeld sehr unfreundlich, aber viel problematischer fanden wir, dass sie weder uns noch den anderen Interessenten mitgeteilt hat, dass es sich um eine Massenbesichtigung handelt und wir dann zu etwa 16 Leuten in einer sehr kleinen Wohnung standen. Ein Interessent beschwerte sich (mMn sehr höflich) bei der Maklerin, dass es schön gewesen wäre, wenn sie im Vorfeld kommuniziert hätte, dass es sich um eine Massenbesichtigung handelt. Sie reagierte extrem laut und ungehalten und meinte, er könne ja gehen, wenn es ihm nicht passe. (Danach drängte sie sich noch in den Fahrstuhl, in dem bereits drei Leute waren.) Ich finde dieses Verhalten extrem unprofessionell. Bei jeder anderen Wohnung, die ich mir im Zuge meiner Wohnungssuche angeschaut habe, war es für die Makler überhaupt keine Frage, dass die Besichtigungen nur einzeln oder zu zweit stattfinden und der Sicherheitsabstand eingehalten wird. Ich persönlich habe kaum Angst vor Corona, aber eine Firma, die sich nicht einmal an die banalsten Sicherheitsvorschriften hält und ihre Interessenten unter Druck setzt, dasselbe zu tun, ist in meinen Augen nicht seriös und ich würde niemals mit so jemandem einen Vertrag von Tausenden von Euro abschließen. Glücklicherweise ist der Wohnungsmarkt in Wien (für eine Großstadt) nicht so desaströs, dass man auf solche Unternehmen angewiesen ist. We had a viewing yesterday with a realtor from this real estate company. She was already very unfriendly in advance, but we found it much more problematic that she did not tell us or the other interested parties that it was a mass viewing and that we then stood with about 16 people in a very small apartment. A prospective buyer complained (very politely) to the realtor that it would have been nice if she had communicated in advance that it was a mass viewing. She reacted extremely loudly and indignantly and said he could leave if it didn't suit him. (Then she pushed herself into the elevator, which was already three people.) I find this behavior extremely unprofessional. With every other apartment that I looked at when I was looking for an apartment, there was absolutely no question for the broker that the viewings only take place individually or in pairs and that the safety distance is maintained. Personally, I am hardly afraid of Corona, but a company that does not adhere to even the most banal safety regulations and pressures its prospects to do the same is not serious in my eyes and I would never sign a contract of thousands of with someone like that Complete euros. Fortunately, the housing market in Vienna (for a big city) is not so disastrous that one has to rely on such companies.
