No heating for 2 months (Oct and Nov), inefficient janitors (except Mr. Figo, who is absolutely amazing!), the building is dirty inside out, never seen one person cleaning it, trash behind the building full of worms, snow was handled by tenants. Problems with water are constant for a year now, the water is running, and I am not even in the apartment. In the end, I pay for the water I am not spending. Renting renting renting, and renting some more, collecting cash, but who cares in what conditions tenants live... My agent was gone one month after I moved in. Not one penny was worth the commission I paid...
