Eine bodenlose Frechheit so ein Makler...Wohnungsbesichtigung mit 5 anderen Familien....Da kommt man hin und wird nur gesagt "Schauen Sie sich alles an und wenn Sie fragen haben, können sie mich fragen"...Weder etwas über die Anlage erzählt noch sonst was. Bei einem Kaufpreis von 369.000€ will er eine Vermittlungsgebühr von 3,6% (13.284€). Bei diesem Betrag will ich Informiert werden und vor allem die Wohnung alleine besichtigen und das ganze in Ruhe. Der Höhepunkt -> Er hatte sich nicht mal die Mühe gemacht ein Expose auszudrucken um diese mitzugeben. Bodenlose Frechheit und AAAAAAABSOLUT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN Absolutely un competent broker. A bottomless impudence such a broker ... Apartment inspection with 5 other families .... There one comes and is said only "Look at everything and if you have questions, you can ask me" ... Neither about the Plant tells something else. With a purchase price of € 369,000, he wants an agency fee of 3.6% (€ 13,284). Amann, erstmals mit einem Wohnungskauf vor ein paar Jahren und jetzt brauchte ich eine gute Beratung bei einer Vermietung in einem Altbau. Nach Rücksprache mit Herr Amann haben wir uns entschieden die Wohnung Im Investorenbereich anzubieten und langfristig zurück zu mieten. Dank seiner Bemühungen lagen schon bald einige interessante Angebote vor. Trotz dieser Angebote haben wir uns, nach ausführlicher Rücksprache mit Herr Amann entschlossen den Verkauf in diesem Moment nicht stattfinden zu lassen. Der vorarlberger Immobilienmarkt ist ein heißes Eisen, hier wird eine unabhängige Leistung geboten, auf die man sich als Kunde verlassen kann. Is recommended. Obwohl dies mein erster Kauf war, handelte es sich nicht um die ersten Gespräche bzw. Beratungstermine mit ihm. Ich hatte bereits früher Interesse an anderen Objekten, bei denen er mich immer umfassend über die damit verbundenen Risiken bzw. Belastungen aufklärte. Nun ist doch noch ein für mich sehr gut passendes Objekt aufgetaucht und der Kauf konnte dank ihm sehr schnell und unkompliziert abgewickelt werden. Ich hatte immer das Gefühl, dass er im Interesse des Kunden handelt und nur Käufe vermittelt, die er auch vertreten kann und die im besten Interesse des Verkäufers und des Käufers sind, was insbesondere für junge Käufer bzw. Erstkäufer von unschätzbarem Wert ist. Von der Besichtigung bis zu den Unterlagen und der Kaufabwicklung hat alles bestens gepasst, weshalb ich den (einzigen, wohlgemerkt) negativen Kommentar unten auch nicht nachvollziehen kann.
