M	Max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfassbar. Nach Besichtigung sichert der Makler einem zu, die Unterlagen bzgl. Mietanbot am nächsten Tag zuzusenden. Der Makler meldet sich den ganzen Tag nicht. Am übernächsten Tag 2 mal angerufen, dann sogar Sprachnachricht hinterlassen. Keine Rückmeldung, niemand hebt ab oder antwortet auf E-Mail. Nicht einmal den Anstand zu haben eine simple Absage zuzusenden ist schon eine krasse Frechheit, dafür das der Makler über 2000€ vom Mieter kassiert am Ende... Incomprehensible. After viewing the property, the broker assures you that the documents regarding the rental offer will be sent to you the next day. The broker doesn't answer all day. Called 2 times the day after next, then even left a voice message. No response, no one picks up or replies to email. Not even having the decency to send a simple rejection is a blatant cheek, for that the broker collects over 2000 € from the tenant in the end ...
M	M. H. P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich weiss schlechtes wird schnell herum gesprochen. Aber es ist leider so, es gibt immer weniger Menschen mit anstand und Menschlichkeit. Besichtigungstermin ausgemacht von einer Fahrzeit über 1½ Stunden. Interessenten da, Haus da nur der Makler nicht anwesend. Keine Reaktion auf meine Anrufe und Nachrichten. TOP!!!! Und ich sag noch während der Autofahrt das es professioneller wäre wenn man ne kurze Erinnerung bekommt, wenn man bedenkt was die an Provision bekommen und wir für eine Immobilie zahlen...... I know bad things get around quickly. But unfortunately it is the case that there are fewer and fewer people with decency and humanity. Viewing appointment made up of a driving time of over 1½ hours. Interested parties there, house only because the broker is not present. No response to my calls and messages. TOP!!!! And I say during the drive that it would be more professional if you got a short reminder, considering what commission they get and we pay for a property ......

Ich habe eine Wohnung gefunden und mich als erster gemeldet und der Makler hatte alles erledigt das (Mietanbot) wurde unterschrieben und alles war erledigt. Und hat uns versprochen das es uns die wohnung gehört und wir es bekommen. Wir haben 1,5 Monat gewartet und am Schluss haben wir die wohnung nicht bekommen und waren alles Lügen. Die wohnung wurde weiter vermietet. Schade für so eine Immobilien Maklergesellschaft!! Worst real estate I've ever dealt with. I found an apartment and was the first to get in touch and the agent had done everything that (rental offer) was signed and everything was done. And promised us that the apartment is ours and that we will get it. We waited 1.5 months and in the end we didn't get the apartment and we were all lies. The apartment was rented out. What a pity for such a real estate brokerage company!!
