Im Notfall wurde mir noch spät Abends und am Wochenende schnell und unkompliziert mit einem Tauschgerät und beim Bespielen mit dem Backup geholfen. Auch spätere Fragen wurden und werden bis heute unkompliziert, kompetent und zielführend angenommen und beantwortet. Ich war und bin mit dem Support von IMBS (insbesondere B. Aitonean) in jeder Hinsicht voll zufrieden :-) Top service, competent help via remote maintenance after controller problems (self-inflicted!). In an emergency, I was given quick and uncomplicated help late in the evening and at the weekend with a replacement device and with the backup. Later questions were and still are accepted and answered in an uncomplicated, competent and targeted manner. I was and am fully satisfied with the support from IMBS (especially B. Aitonean) in every respect :-)
