Heute kam ein junger Mann und regte sich gleich sofort mal über lage der Holzpellets an. Es wären im Wohnbereich schläuche zu verlegen. (anscheinend kann der junge Mann Kellergeschosse nicht von Wohnzimmerm unterscheiden) und regte sich anschließend auf dass er extra früh anfing um nachher seine Freizeit zu genießen. Und noch wo hin müsste. Anschließend verweigerte er die Arbeit bis ihm meine Mutter helfe die Schläuche aus dem LKW zu ziehen. Der Absaugebehälter wurde ebenfalls mitten in der Garage platziert sodass sämtlicher Feinstaub jetzt in der Garage aufliegt. Erzieht den jungen Mann und schickt ihn erst danach wieder auf Transport. Ich empfehle gleich vorweg eine andere Firma zu wählen. An incredibly dubious service that is used once and for the last time / was. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Great value for money. Was also recommended by our heating technician because the quality of the pellets is excellent. Ordering and delivery went smoothly. Very friendly staff.
J	Jung KH Lpunkt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nur die Dame am Telefon (der Name ist mir entfallen) "bewerten" und muss leider mitteilen, dass diese bei der telefonischen Bestellung bzw. ein paar Fragestellungen sehr unprofessionell und zudem äußerst unfreundlich war! Auch von Bekannten habe ich bereits von schlechten Erfahrungen (auch nur mit der Dame am Telefon) erfahren. Zumindest 3 Kunden/Haushalte haben sie nun weniger. MFG Can only "rate" the lady on the phone (I forgot the name) and unfortunately have to tell you that she was very unprofessional and extremely unfriendly when ordering by phone or asking a few questions! I have also heard of bad experiences from acquaintances (only with the lady on the phone). They now have at least 3 customers / households less. Kind regards

Wenn diese auch noch passt, gern wieder mit weiterempfehlung. Get first fill today. Truck arrived earlier than advertised. Driver totally easy. Now waiting for the invoice for about 10,000 tons. If this also fits, I would be happy to recommend it again.
