★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria Abel ist eine super inspirierende Yogalehrerin. Jede Einheit ist anders und immer motivierend. Durch ihr Wissen als Physiotherapeutin vermag sie es auch auf spezielle körperliche Probleme gezielt einzugehen und Varianten der Übungen aufzuzeigen um den Heilungsprozess bzw die Fitness zu fördern. Love it!
Maria Abel is a super inspiring yoga teacher. Each unit is different and always motivating. Through her knowledge as a physiotherapist, she is also able to respond specifically to specific physical problems and to show variants of the exercises to promote the healing process and fitness. Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great studio. Tried classes with Maria, Hannes and Caro. All great. Questions are welcomed and they properly listen and advise you if you have any kind of physical problems or pain. Highly recommend it.
I know what I will ask for Christmas or my next Birthday: a 10 courses Ticket !
