★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophal. Die Abholstation in Wolfurt lässt sich auf der Ikea-Seite nur manchmal anwählen, manchmal aber auch nicht. Wir liessen die Lieferung an eine andere Abholstation liefern. Die erste Abholstation hat der Chauffeur nicht gefunden, die zweite war offenbar dauerhaft geschlossen, beim dritten Versuch nahm der Chauffeur einen Teil der Lieferung wieder mit. Viel Aufwand mit Kommunikation zwischen Ikea und Lieferant. Wir habens aufgegeben und stornierten den nicht gelieferten Teil. Schad :-(
Catastrophic. The pick-up station in Wolfurt can only sometimes be selected on the Ikea page, but sometimes not. We had the delivery delivered to a different pick-up station. The chauffeur did not find the first pick-up station, the second was apparently closed permanently, on the third attempt the chauffeur took part of the delivery back with him. A lot of effort with communication between Ikea and supplier. We gave up and canceled the undelivered part. Damage :-(
