★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit über 30 Jahren Kunde und habe erst 2 mal schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Personal gemacht. Das heist für mich ist es gerechtfertigt wenn ich 5 Sterne vergeben habe

Die Firma Lutz wird mein Geld nur noch eher selten sehen.
Das Personal wird immer unfreundlicher, egal ob Feldkirch oder Lauterach.
Die Dame die neben der Kassiererin gesessen und sie kontrolliert hat, fand ich sehr unfreundlich und provozierend.
Es ist eine Frechheit, dass man sein Personal so unkompetent einlernt bzw. möglicherweise kontrolliert.
The staff tries very hard. Sometimes very unfriendly and unmotivated.
The Lutz company will rarely see my money.
The staff is becoming increasingly unfriendly, no matter whether Feldkirch or Lauterach.
The lady who sat next to the cashier and checked her was very unfriendly and provocative.
It is a cheek that you train your staff so inexpertly or possibly control them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es sollte ein Sofa werden. Wollte aufgrund schlechter Erfahrungen mit Lutz zwar nicht hin aber meine Frau hatte mich überredet. Wie dem so sei ... schlechte Beratung, nicht auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Ne Visualisierung vom Sofa bekommen wo wir uns gar nichts darunter vorstellen konnten, dann noch ne Lieferzeit von 10 Wochen mitgeteilt bekommen und gesagt wir melden uns. Jetzt halt im Internet bestellt. Das Sofa passt auf den cm, hat alle Extras, Lieferzeit 4 Wochen, 500 EUR günstiger, super Konfigurator ... einfach überall besser.
It was supposed to be a sofa. I didn't want to go because of bad experiences with Lutz, but my wife had persuaded me. As it is ... bad advice, not responding to our requests. Got a visualization from the sofa where we couldn't imagine anything, then got a delivery time of 10 weeks and said we'll get in touch. Now just ordered on the Internet. The sofa fits the cm, has all the extras, delivery time 4 weeks, 500 EUR cheaper, great configurator ... just better everywhere.
