Nein, der Betrag stimmt, ihr verrechnet nach Minuten und nicht nach kW!!! Das etwas schief gegangen sein muss, dass bei 50 Minuten Ladezeit nur 5,5 kw rauskamen (nein, mein Akku war nicht voll!) hat den Kundendienst nicht interessiert, Pech gehabt vermutlich…

No, the amount is correct, you bill by minutes and not by kW!!! The fact that something must have gone wrong, that after 50 minutes of charging only 5.5 kw came out (no, my battery was not full!) was not of interest to customer service, probably bad luck...
