★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Trainingseinheit macht Spaß und fordert Körper u. Geist. Koordination u. Reaktion verbessern sich , auch die Körperwahrnehmung wird gestärkt. Jede Übung wird erklärt u. ist auch für Personen mit massiven Gelenksproblemen durchführbar. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.
 The training session is fun and requires body & mind. Ghost. Coordination and Reactions improve, body awareness is also strengthened. Each exercise is explained u. is also feasible for people with severe joint problems. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beschwerden am Bewegungsapparat einfach wegturnen, das funktioniert bestens bei Couch Claudia. Mit ihr trainiert man auch im fortgeschrittenen Alter perfekt mit der Kombination, fordern aber nicht überfordern. Ich kann Claudia nur weiterempfehlen, durch ihr großes Fachwissen und ihre Kompetenz führt jedes Training zum Erfolg, wobei der Funfaktor nicht zu kurz kommt.
Complaints about the musculoskeletal system just walk away, that works great with Couch Claudia. With her you train perfectly in advanced age with the combination, but do not demand too much. I can only recommend Claudia, because of her great expertise and her competence every training leads to success, whereby the fun factor is not neglected.
