Die Mitarbeiterinnen konnten auf alle meinen Fragen eine sehr professionelle Antwort geben, sodass ich mich sicher fühlte in der Organisation einer 24h Betreuung für meine Eltern. Die Betreuung läuft jetzt bereits seit mehr als 6 Monate und Es funktioniert bisher alles sehr gut. Ich bin hochzufrieden mit der IGSL und zusätzlich bieten sie kostengünstig auch noch die Erstellung einer Patientinnenverfügung und Vprsrgevollmacht an...jetzt habe ich alles aus einer Hand - die IGSL Betreuung ist als Agentur für eine 24h Betreuungsorganisation nur zu empfehlen. Finally a reputable agency that advised me competently over the phone and personally at home. The staff were able to give very professional answers to all of my questions, so that I felt safe in the organization of 24-hour care for my parents. The support has been running for more than 6 months and everything has worked very well so far. I am very satisfied with the IGSL and in addition they offer the creation of a patient will and proxy power of attorney at low cost ... now I have everything from a single source - the IGSL care is only recommended as an agency for a 24h care organization.
