Noch nie zuvor war ich mit einer Hausverwaltung so zufrieden wie bei IG Immobilien. Von der Übergabe der Wohnung, Unterlagen, Willkommens-Package, .. da fühlt man sich als Mieter willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Bei Anliegen war stets jemand erreichbar, alles wurde zeitnahe gelöst und die freundlichen und lösungsorientierten Mitarbeiter*innen stehen für die gesamte Qualität der IG Immobilien. Ich kann IG Immobilien absolut empfehlen und werde die umfangreiche Betreuung vermissen. From 2016 to 2021 I was a tenant at IG Immobilien in the "Gartenpark am Kleines Anninger" residential complex. Never before have I been as satisfied with a property management company as with IG Immobilien. From the handover of the apartment, documents, welcome package, ... as a tenant you feel welcome and in good hands. Somebody was always available for issues, everything was resolved promptly and the friendly and solution-oriented employees stand for the overall quality of IG Immobilien. I can absolutely recommend IG Immobilien and will miss the extensive support.
D	DG Wis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem Auszug zeigte sich das Unternehmen von seiner schlechtesten Seite: Die Kautionsabrechnung erhielt zahlreiche nicht gerechtfertigte Positionen. Erst nach langer und mühsamer Korrespondenz wurde meine Abrechnung korrigiert. Es dauerte nahezu fünf Monate bis ich meine Kaution endgültig zurückerhalten habe. Ich hätte einen so unprofessionellen Abschluss nicht erwartet. Schade. After moving out, the company showed itself from its worst side: The deposit statement received numerous unjustified items. Only after long and arduous correspondence was my statement corrected. It took me almost five months to get my bail back for good. I did not expect such an unprofessional degree. Too bad.
N	Naz S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything goes well until you move out, then it gets truly horrible. The employee that assists you through the handover has no idea about the flat. They ask you for air-conditioner maintenance documents for a flat that doesn’t even have an air-conditioner. They try to cut irrelevant/wrong expenses from the caution. When you ask for a proof photo that shows the recharged damage, they only say “sorry but you have to pay” even though you have photos that prove such a damage does not exist. Such an unprofessional and disappointing company!
