Ist mir jetzt schon zum 2 Mal passiert, dass ich hinkomme und geschlossen ist. 19.30 war es diesmal und beim letzten Mal war um 11 Uhr noch zu. You should urgently correct your opening times. Has happened to me for the 2 time now that I come and is closed. This time it was 7.30 p.m. and the last time it was closed at 11 a.m.

Bleibe lieber beim Roma Eis wo ich auch weiss dass ich immer mein Lieblings Eis bekomme und sich nicht jeden Tag die Eissorten ändern. Very rude and arrogant. Don't get a hello, a smile or a goodbye. Better to stay with Roma ice cream where I know that I always get my favorite ice cream and that the types of ice cream don't change every day.

s	silvi scherr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich war jedes mal als ich dort war zufrieden, das personal ist sehr nett, es ist sehr sauber und das eis ist der Hammer, genau das hat Traun gebraucht. jedes eis schmeckt !!! das beste ist Oreo : ) So every time I was there, I was satisfied, the staff is very nice, it's very clean and the ice cream is awesome, that's exactly what Traun needed. every ice cream tastes good! the best is Oreo :)

Ich und mein Lebensgefährte waren in den letzten 2 Wochen 5 x dort und haben wegen der ERDBEERE BUBBLE WAFFEL gefragt. 4x mussten wir leer gehen da sie keine hatten. Beim 5x wurden wir dreckig angelogen und uns wurde gesagt es gibt Erdbeerwaffel. Serviert wurde uns jedoch wieder die Nutellawaffel die bei allen 5 x da war! Ich finde es eine Frechheit und als so dumm abzustempeln, als würden wir nicht checken das dies keine Erdbeerwaffel war. Wir fühlen uns verarscht. NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!! I'm really disappointed. Me and my partner have been there 5 times in the last 2 weeks and asked about the STRAWBERRY BUBBLE WAFFLE. 4x we had to go empty because they didn't have any. At the 5x we were lied to dirty and we were told there was strawberry waffle. However, we were served the Nutella waffle again, which was there 5 times! I think it's a cheek to label it as so stupid as if we didn't check that this wasn't a strawberry waffle. We feel ripped off. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

So I think the lemon ice cream is awesome! And don't understand the rating it's super tasty and not homemade! By the way, the waffles also taste very good!
S	Sejdana Brbic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich verstehe die bewertungen wie „ arrogant & unfreundliches personal nicht“ ich gehe schon seit der eröffnung jeden tag mit meiner familie hin mal zur bubble waffel mal zum kaffe oder manchmal auf ein eis. und eins ist klar die inhaber sind wohlmöglich die liebsten menschen die ich kenne. gehen mit kinder super lieb um nehmen sich für jeden kunden zeit nicht wie mans sonst kennt wenn jemand mal grad ein eis aussuchen möchte, der chef persönlich redet gerne noch mit die kunden auf der terasse. ich glaube die personen hier unter mir haben die rezession an die falsche eisdiele hier in der stadt gemacht ? i don't understand the reviews like “arrogant & unfriendly staff” i have been going with my family every day since the opening, sometimes to the bubble waffle sometimes for coffee or sometimes for an ice cream. and one thing is clear, the owners are probably the dearest people I know. going with children is super nice to take time for each customer not as usual when someone wants to choose an ice cream, the boss personally likes to talk to the customers on the terrace. I think the people below me made the recession to the wrong ice cream parlor here in town ?

Normalerweise kenne ich Eiskugeln wo wirklich eisbrocken drinnen sind aber ich bin begeistert und wir kommen gerne wieder ! Have never had better ice cream in my life! It literally melts in your mouth. Usually I know ice cream scoops where there are really chunks of ice inside, but I'm thrilled and we'd love to come back!
