★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machen am Auto mehr als notwendig ist, ohne Bescheid zu geben. z.B. werden Autoteile ausgetauscht die noch voll in Ordnung sind. Was dabei rauskommt ist eine saftige Rechnung.
Do more than is necessary on the car without giving notice. E.g. parts of the car that are still in good condition are exchanged. The result is a hefty bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte am Montag eine Panne. Das Service war spitze in dieser Werkstatt ! Das Auto wurde abgeholt und wieder gebracht und der Schaden wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit behoben.
Ich möchte mich noch einmal herzlich bedanken für die schnelle Bearbeitung!
I broke down on Monday. The service was great in this workshop! The car was picked up and brought back and the damage was repaired within a short time.
