Was mich gestört hat , aber das liegt nicht in der Kompetenz von Hyundai, ist das die Förderung für Firmenauto heuer schon ausgeschöpft ist !! 2022 ist noch ungewiss wie und vor allen Dingen wieviel gefördert wird . Aber trotz bekundetem Interesse am Gebrauchtwagenkauf wurde der vereinbarte telefonische Rückruf bzgl. etwaiger technischer Mängel nicht durchgeführt und das Fahrzeug anderweitig verkauft. Das ist nicht das Verhalten, welches ich als Kunde vom Verkäufer erwarte. Friendly, test drive possible despite lockdown. Distance, mask ... all respected. Es dauert 7 Wochen bis uns der Verkaufsleiter zu einem Termin einlädt, zu welchem er dann nicht erscheint. Bis heute haben wir keine befriedigende Lösung gefunden. Professionalität und Kundenorientierung sehen für mich anders aus! Für mich war das angebotene Reifendepot mit Waschen wichtig , da Ich dafür keinen Platz zu Hause habe !! Supersache !!!???? Absolutely nice and friendly staff! I had the new winter tires fitted today! Everything was done in 20 minutes! For me the offered tire depot with washing was important, because I don't have a place for it at home !! Super thing !!! ????
