A	Andrea dominguez-Dittrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pickerl und Service sollte erledigt werden. Habe darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass der rechte Scheinwerfer nicht funktioniert. Auch die beiden Schrauben der Anhängekupplung hätten versetzt werden sollen. Zudem Schlösser ansehen, da einmal aufgebrochen, checken warum die Lüftung beim Fahrer/Beine nicht funktioniert und Vorschlag für Ausbessern eines Parkschadens. Nach Erledigung wurde ich natürlich nicht wie vereinbart zurückgerufen um den Wagen wieder abzuholen. Musste dann extra am nächsten Tag nochmals mit den Öffis hinfahren. Auch wurde das Lämpchen nicht gewechselt - habe ich erst bei der nächsten Nachtfahrt bemerkt. Pickerl wurde aber erstaunlicherweise gegeben (offenbar Scheinwerfer-/Einstellung nicht einmal kontrolliert). Die beiden Schrauben wurden mit dem Hinweis, dass sie trotz Kriechspray nicht zu lösen waren nicht versetzt (vom Kriechspray war allerdings keine Spur zu sehen). Ebenso wurde auf alles andere von mir Angesprochene vergessen. Preis war allerdings im oberen Segment zu finden. Als Frau wird man hier offenbar für blond, blauäugig und dumm gehalten. Fazit: NIE WIEDER Pickerl and service should be done. Have pointed out that the right headlight does not work. Also, the two screws of the trailer coupling should have been offset. In addition, looking at locks, as once broken, check why the ventilation at the driver / legs does not work and proposal for repairing a parking damage. After completion of course, I was not recalled as agreed to pick up the car again. Had to go back the next day with the public transport. Also, the lamp was not changed - I noticed only at the next night driving. Amazingly enough, Pickerl was given (apparently not even under control of headlight / shot). The two screws were not offset with the remark that they were not to be solved despite creep spray (from the creeping spray, however, was no trace). Likewise, everything else I mentioned was forgotten. However, price was in the upper segment. As a woman, you are apparently considered to be blond, blue-eyed and stupid. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN

R	Ronnie Baron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin über einen Bekannten hier her gekommen und seit dem treuer Stammkunde, weil das Service und die Preise passen und es ein kleiner Familienbetrieb ist, wo man freundschaftlich behandelt wird und nicht nur eine Nummer ist. Wenn etwas zu reparieren ist wird genau erklärt warum das notwendig ist und was es in etwa kosten wird. Auch wenn es nicht mehr rentabel ist, wird kein Hehl daraus gemacht und wurde mir schon der eine oder andere gebrauchte von der Werkstatt vermittelt. I came here through a friend and have been a loyal regular customer since then, because the service and the prices are right and it is a small family business where you are treated amicably and not just a number. If something needs to be repaired, it explains exactly why it is necessary and what it will cost. Even if it is no longer profitable, no secret is made of it and the workshop has already given me one or the other used one.
