Mongan gelesen habe, habe ich gewusst, dass ich mich auf die Geburt unbedingt mit einem Hypnobirthkurs vorbereiten möchte. In der Südoststeiermark bin ich diesbezüglich nicht fündig geworden, aber die einstündige Anreise zum Kurs bei Karina hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Es war eine schöne Zeit für uns als Paar und wir beide konnten nicht nur tolle Werkzeuge für die Geburt mitnehmen, sondern auch schon für die Schwangerschaft. Die ursprüngliche geplante Hausgeburt wurde aufgrund einer Beckenendlage unseres Kindes zu einer Geburt im LKH Leoben, wo diese noch eine Chance als Spontangeburt hat. Wir konnten mit den erlernten Methoden eine schöne und entspannte Eröffnungsphase erleben. Aufgrund von Geburtsstillstand war letztendlich "Plan Z" notwendig - ein Kaiserschnitt. Dieser sollte nicht Plan A oder B sein, auch darin wurden wir im Kurs bestärkt, sondern davor gibts noch unzählige Möglichkeiten, die wir alle ausgeschöpft haben. Mit diesem Wissen fällt es mir leichter anzunehmen, dass es doch keine natürliche Geburt geworden ist. Auch in der Verarbeitunsphase stand mir Karina hilfreich zur Seite. Wir können den Hypnobirthkurs bei Karina absolut weiterempfehlen, er war für uns eine große Bereicherung. After reading the book Hypnobirthing by Marie F. Mongan, I knew that I really wanted to prepare for the birth with a hypnobroid course. In Southeastern Styria, I have not found anything in this respect, but the one-hour journey to the course at Karina has definitely been worthwhile. It was a great time for us as a couple and we both could not only take great tools for the birth, but also for the pregnancy. The originally planned home birth was due to a breech position of our child to a birth in the LKH Leoben, where this still has a chance as a spontaneous birth. We were able to experience a nice and relaxed opening phase with the methods learned. Because of birth arrest "Plan Z" was finally necessary - a cesarean section. This should not be plan A or B, we were also encouraged in the course, but before that there are countless opportunities that we have all exhausted. With this knowledge, it is easier for me to assume that it has not become a natural birth. Karina was also helpful in the processing phase. We can absolutely recommend the Hypnobirthkurs with Karina, he was a great enrichment for us.

Es war mit einer der ausschlaggebenden Gründe, die mich ruhig an die Geburt herangeführt haben. Karina ist eine herzliche Kursleiterin, die mit sehr viel Fachwissen, aber auch Humor die Theorie des Hypnobirthings vermittelt. Auch der Hypnomothering Kurs hat mir wirklich gut gefallen! Daumen hoch! I really highly recommend the Hypnobirthing course with Karina! It was with one of the decisive reasons that quietly brought me to the birth. Karina is a heartfelt instructor, who teaches the theory of hypnobraming with a lot of expertise and humor. I also really liked the Hypnomothering course! Thumbs up!

Es hat uns geholfen, die Geburt als etwas völlig Natürliches angstfrei zu erleben und auch selbstbewusst und gelassen die Zeit im Spital (LKH Graz) zu verbringen. Karina lebt hypnobirthing total, ihre Begeisterung ist ansteckend und ihre Kompetenz gibt Sicherheit. Und letztendlich war die Zeit der Kurse auch eine Zeit für uns als Paar... Wertvolle Stunden um uns auf das neue Leben einzustimmen. Ich kann hypnobirthing bei Karina allen werdenden Eltern ans Herz legen!! We visited a course with Karina twice for our two kids. It helped us to experience the birth as something completely natural without fear and also to spend our time confidently and calmly in the hospital (LKH Graz). Karina lives hypnobirthing totally, her enthusiasm is contagious and her competence gives security. And finally, the time of the classes was also a time for us as a couple ... Valuable hours to tune in to the new life. I can recommend hypnobirthing to all expectant parents at Karina !!
