Great view of the beautiful Scheifling. Landlords were also very nice and straightforward. I would love to come back!
M	Michael Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind einige Mängel vorhanden, welche auf Grund von geringer/keiner Wartung des Objektes entstanden sind. Beide Kohle Kugelgriller sind nicht zu gebrauchen, bei einen ist das Bein abgerissen der andere ist am Boden nicht verschließbar. Somit würde Glut aus dem Griller fallen. Brunnen vor der Hütte nicht aktiv, fällt auseinander. Sitzbank vor der Hütte morsch. Holz Ofen rauchte stark in den Innenraum, Kamin war verstopft. Wurde von uns gelöst das Problem. Lüfter im Bad/Klo keine Funktion. Im oberen Stock kann ohne Gewalt das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, Gefahr von Glasbruch. Im Extra Zimmer, welches nur von außen begehbar ist, können die Fensterbalken nicht verschlossen werden. Dies ist dem Vermieter bekannt. Das Gefühl zeigte bei der Bemängelung das dies bereits länger ist und niemand will/kann es reparieren. Weiters finden wir das das extra Zimmer feucht ist (sichtbar am Fussboden). Im hinteren Eck beim Bett ist bereits dunkle Verfärbung (Schimmel?) an der Wand sichtbar. Das Extrazimmer kann nur mit Elektroheizung beheizt werden (sehr hoher Stromverbrauch) Hoher Stromverbrauch da Warmwasser durch Boiler erzeugt wird und dieser permanent läuft. Empfehlung: abschalten wenn nicht benötigt wird. Zugang zum Objekt dunkel obwohl Beleuchtungskörper vorhanden sind, jedoch haben diese keine Funktion. Mit bisschen handwerklichen Geschick und Liebe wäre schon was machbar, nur ob der Wille da ist, diese Frage lasse ich offen. Unfortunately, there are some defects that have arisen due to little / no maintenance of the property. Both charcoal kettle grills cannot be used, one has a leg torn off and the other cannot be locked at the bottom. Thus embers would fall out of the grill. Well in front of the hut not active, falling apart. Rotten bench in front of the hut. Wood stove smoked heavily in the interior, fireplace was clogged. The problem was solved by us. Fan in the bathroom / toilet does not work. The window on the upper floor cannot be opened without force, risk of glass breakage. In the extra room, which is only accessible from the outside, the window bars cannot be closed. This is known to the landlord. During the complaint, the feeling showed that this has been around for a long time and nobody wants / can repair it. We also find that the extra room is damp (visible on the floor). In the back corner of the bed, dark discoloration (mold?) Is already visible on the wall. The extra room can only be heated with electric heating (very high power consumption) High power consumption because hot water is generated by the boiler and this runs permanently. Recommendation: switch off when not required. Access to the object is dark although there are lighting fixtures, but these have no function. With a little craftsmanship and love, something would be feasible, only whether the will is there, I leave this question open.
