★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unfähiges Unternehmen mit der schlechtesten Kundenbetreuung das mir jemals untergekommen ist. Ich versuche seit Monaten im Shop, per e- Mail und per Umzugsbestätigungsmail jemanden dazu zu bringen, dass er mit seinem A**** auch nur in meine Richtung schaut anstatt von einer Stelle zur anderen verwiesen zu werden. Seit fast 5 Monaten bezahle ich für stabiles Internet zu Hause und das einzige was ich bekomme ist ein Rinnsale von WLAN Verbindung mit dem ich nicht mal ansatzweise irgendetwas anfangen kann außer maximal Nachrichten zu schreiben.
Ich kann jedem der das liest nur empfehlen irgendein anderes Unternehmen zu wählen, selbst Brieftauben haben ein verlässlicheres Netz und jede Fluglinie hat einen besseren Kundenservice.
 Totally incompetent company with the worst customer support I have ever come across. I have been trying for months in the shop, by e-mail and relocation confirmation e-mail, to get someone to look in my direction with their A **** instead of being referred from one place to another. For almost 5 months I have been paying for stable internet at home and the only thing I get is a trickle of WiFi connection with which I can't even begin to do anything except write messages.
I can only recommend anyone reading this to choose any other company, even carrier pigeons have a more reliable network and every airline has better customer service.
