★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG! Hier werden Sie richtig schlecht betreut. Solange alles nach Plan läuft, kein Problem. Aber wenn es irgendwelche Änderungen gibt, dann kennt man hier nur die AGBs und alle Versprechungen und Zusagen die vor der Buchung gemacht wurden, gelten nicht mehr. Der Chef dort ist sich überhaupt zu gut, um sich um die lästigen Kunden zu kümmern. Selbst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage, keine Rückmeldung. Also wer gerne abgezockt wird, hier sind sie absolut richtig!! Übrigens die ganzen 5 Sterne Bewertungen hier sind von Angestellten, Bekannten oder Verwandten dieser Firma. Chef nennt sich Gruber, Frau Gräfe ist eine Angestellte und eine wirklich schlechte noch dazu. Sich selbst zu bewerten zeigt schon auf welchem tiefen Niveau hier gearbeitet wird. Mein Tipp: Überall anders sind Sie für eine Reisebuchung besser aufgehoben, als hier.

Evaluating yourself shows the level at which you are working here. My tip: You are in better hands with a travel booking anywhere else than here.
