I've been visiting this salon for a few years. My cats are very cuddly, but they don't take water and clipping very well. It's always been a struggle, so when I found a place that also grooms cats, I was instantly taken.
What really makes this place shine is the amount of detail the groomer takes.
One of my cats tends to get ill from motion sickness, leading to vomiting. I usually put some puppypads in her cage to make cleaning process much easier. But since she used it on our way to the salon, I had none left.
Thankfully, the owner took notice and put a fresh sheet of puppypads making it easier for me when I came back home.
The owner has ranges of dog and cat food that my cats seem to love, and also various daily needs.
She also takes care of dogs and every time I visit, everyone seems to be in good hands. She keeps a close eye on them and make sure that every pet is comfortable.
The front may look like a chaos, but her workshop behind is professionally clean and put.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog came out with a bandage on one of his legs, because of some blood on his trimmed-too-short nail, though it was not serious. Was disappointed with the service. His hair is still loooong and the cut was messy. His hair still sticks out all over his body: around his ears, his belly, his legs. Around his lower back was not trimmed at all. I have to take him to another dog salon, so it costs me a lot of money in total.
