Als ich unerwartet früher vom Einkauf zurück kam, war mein kleiner Malteser am Hals aufgehängt an einer Leine damit es der Dame leichter fällt ihren Job zu machen. Erschütternd :( A dog salon should be run with a certain love for the animal. When I came back from shopping unexpectedly earlier, my little Maltese was hung on the neck on a leash so that it was easier for the lady to do her job. Shattering :(

Bezirk, Erreichbarkeit top, etc. Und eigentlich ist die Besitzerin auch sehr nett, allerdings wird das der 2. und letzte Besuch meines Hundes dort gewesen sein. Aus dem einfachen Grund, dass trotzdem ich meine Wünsche was bei meinem Hund gemacht werden soll und was nicht einfach ignoriert wurden. Vor allem das sie meinem Hund (Rauhaar Jack Russell) das Gesicht getrimmt haben, obwohl ich noch extra dazu gesagt habe, dass mir das beim ersten mal als sie das gemacht haben schon nicht gefallen hat, verärgert mich. Es gibt, wie man bei den Reviews auch sieht genügend Kunden die zufrieden sind. Ich bin es leider nicht. First, the salon is VERY VERY expensive. Nicht nur, dass wir sehr kurzfristig einen Termin bekommen haben, mein Hund hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Salon Leiterin war sehr freundlich, hat mir sogar ein ganz tolles Shampoo zum Testen mitgegeben und meine kleine Fellnase kann wieder ohne zu Klackern mit entspannten Zecherln laufen! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen, da ich mich gut beraten und vor allem mein Hund sich wohl gefühlt hat Vielen Dank für Alles! Frau Bogner ist sehr liebevoll und unser Hund sieht immer ganz toll gepflegt aus. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. und ich kann Hotdog nur weiterempfehlen My Miniature Schnauzer was with Hotdog "for service" right from the start. The trimming was carried out according to my wishes. Ms. Bogner is very loving and our dog always looks very well looked after. We are very satisfied. and I can only recommend Hotdog

Hätte es verstanden wenn er zur Sicherheit fixiert gewesen wäre. Aber nur mit viel Geduld und Liebe klappt es jetzt ganz prima! So gut dass Rocky auch mit zu einem Wettbewerb durfte, klar war es der erste Platz! Der Salon ist zwar übersiedelt, das Service ist aber wie immer super. Hoffe dass viele Hundebesitzer zu der neuen Adresse gehen, das Ergebnis kann sich sicher sehen lassen. I've been with the salon since it opened. Rocky was a problem at the beginning, from the shelter, who also snapped. Would have understood if he had been pinned down for safety. But only with a lot of patience and love it works fine now! So good that Rocky was allowed to take part in a competition, of course it was first place! The salon has moved, but the service is great, as always. I hope that many dog owners will go to the new address, the result is definitely something to be proud of.

Aber ein Termin zu kriegen ist es nicht so einfach. Ich war dort, habe eingerufen und auch SMS geschrieben um ein Termin zu kriegen. Aber mein Hund ist sehr glücklich mit neuem Schnitt und ich auch) Werde empfehlen als Spitzeinhaberin. I do not know if you can find something better in Vienna. Perspnal is very nice. The women do the job really well. But getting an appointment is not that easy. I was there, called and also texted to get an appointment. But my dog is very happy with new cut and me too) Will recommend as a lace owner.
S	Sandra Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Standard Poodle needed groomed while we were in Vienna and I was able to get a last-minute appointment with Tünde. I stayed in the area shopping and getting food and every now and then I would walk by and watch as James was groomed. When Tünde got to the scissoring part, James looked like a show dog! Pedestrians were stopping to watch as she artfully scissored him! We also got to meet Tünde's sweet Standard Poodle. I highly recommend Tünde!
