Da er Leistung/Spitzensportler ist, haben wir uns an Herrn Hudelist gewandt! Wir sind begeistert!!! Ich kann dieses Familienunternehmen wirklich weiterempfehlen! Ein wirklich sehr kompetentes Team! Wir sind extra aus Graz angereist und kommen gerne wieder!!! Vielen Dank für die super liebe und top Betreuung! I was with my son at the Hudelist company because he has a misalignment and we need insoles for everyday life as well as insoles for his ice hockey shoes! Since he is a performance / top athlete, we turned to Mr. Hudelist! We are excited!!! I can really recommend this family business! A really very competent team! We came specially from Graz and would be happy to come back again! Thank you very much for the great care and love!
S	S L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Dame am Telefon! Ich habe an einem Donnerstag angerufen und wollte einen Termin ausmachen. Ich habe von der Dame am Telefon, die gestresst und genervt geklungen hat, die Auskunft bekommen, dass sie keinen Termin ausmachen darf und ich am Montag zwischen 11 und 13 Uhr anrufen muss. Nach fast 4 Tagen Wartezeit habe ich erneut angerufen und wollte nun den Termin ausmachen. Die Dame war erneut unfreundlich und hat mir gesagt, dass die Chefin doch kurzfristig nicht da ist und ich am Mittwoch wieder anrufen muss, wenn ich einen Termin will. Ich habe sie gefragt ob sie es vermerken könnte, dass ich einen Termin möchte, weil ich eh schon das zweite Mal vertröstet werde. Sie hat mich sehr schroff abgewiesen und gesagt, dass sie das nicht macht und es eh nichts bringt und ich am Mittwoch ein drittes Mal anrufen muss. Es ist sehr schade, wenn man als Kunde so behandelt wird. Ich möchte hier deshalb nicht Kunde sein. Very rude lady on the phone! I called on a Thursday and wanted to make an appointment. I got the information from the lady on the phone, who sounded stressed and annoyed, that she is not allowed to make an appointment and that I have to call on Monday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. After almost 4 days of waiting, I called again and wanted to make the appointment. The lady was unfriendly again and told me that the boss would not be there at short notice and that I would have to call again on Wednesday if I want an appointment. I asked her if she could make a note of the fact that I would like an appointment because I'm being put off for the second time anyway. She turned me down very harshly and said that she wouldn't do that and that it wouldn't do anything anyway and that I would have to call a third time on Wednesday. It is a shame to be treated like this as a customer. That's why I don't want to be a customer here.

C	Cornelia Prasch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich!!!! Ich wollte einen Schischuh der Marke Strolz für ca. 1000€ kaufen , welcher auf der Homepage äußerst professionell angeboten wird. Ich wurde für einen Abmessungstermin weiterverbunden. Der Herr war sehr unfreundlich und meinte, sie hätten kaum Modell da, und es gäbe Lieferverzögerungen. Damit war ich auch einverstanden, schließlich habe ich mich sowieso auf eine mehrwöchige Wartezeit eingestellt gehabt. Also fragte ich um einen Abmessungstermin, wie er auf der HP angeboten wird. Dann meinte er, er mache die Termine nicht, die macht die Chefin. Er verband mich weiter, die Chefin hob nicht ab und das Telefonat wurde abgebrochen. Ich würde der Firma Hudelist empfehlen, das Angebot auf der Homepage zu überarbeiten, da dies nicht mit der Realität zusammenpasst. Ich werde diese Firma nicht mehr weiterempfehlen, sondern meinen Patienten:innen sogar abraten, diese Firma für etwaige Hilfsmittelversorgungen zu kontaktieren. Denn diese Art der Behanddlung ist ein absolutes NoGo!!!! Sie haben damit nicht nur 1 Kundin verloren sondern viele! Very impolite!!!! I wanted to buy a Strolz brand ski boot for around € 1000, which is offered on the homepage in an extremely professional manner. I was put through for a measurement appointment. The gentleman was very unfriendly and said that they hardly had any models and that there were delays in delivery. I also agreed to that, after all I had to wait several weeks anyway. So I asked for a measurement appointment, as it is offered on the HP. Then he said he didn't make the appointments, the boss made them. He put me through, the boss did not answer and the phone call was cut off. I would recommend the Hudelist company to revise the offer on the homepage, as this does not match the reality. I will no longer recommend this company, but instead advise my patients against contacting this company for any medical aids. Because this type of treatment is an absolute NoGo !!!! You have not only lost 1 customer, but many!
B	Berni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einen ON Turnschuh gekauft, bin sehr zufrieden mit der Beratung. Der junge Mann hat sich viel Zeit genommen. Musste den Schuh bestellen, der in einer Woche geliefert werden sollte. Nach 2 Wochen habe ich nachgefragt. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich und erklärte mir, dass die Firma ON einen Lieferstopp eingerichtet hat. Die Firma Hudelist und vor allem die Mitarbeiter können nichts dafür. Es ist Lockdown (Corona) und da gibt es überall Verzögerungen und Schwierigkeiten mit der Lieferung. Bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Turnschuh. Danke I bought an ON sneaker and I am very satisfied with the advice. The young man took a lot of time. Had to order the shoe which should be delivered in a week. After 2 weeks I asked. The lady on the phone was very friendly and explained to me that the ON company has set up a delivery stop. The Hudelist company and especially the employees cannot help it. It's lockdown (Corona) and there are delays and delivery difficulties everywhere. I am very happy with my sneaker. thank you

Herr Hudelist und seine Mitarbeiter sind sehr kompetent, der erneuerte Schischuh wird mir hoffentlich noch länger die Freude am Schifahren ermöglichen. I had my older Strolz ski boot adjusted by Hudelist. Mr. Hudelist and his staff are very competent, the renewed ski boot will hopefully allow me to enjoy skiing for a longer time.
