Wobei mir schon die Dame den vermutlichen Fehler nannte, welchen ich dann auch selber (Elektriker) beheben konnte. Das war gestern Freitag kurz vor Mittag, Wochenende ohne Warmwasser wäre nicht so toll gewesen. 1A Klare Empfehlung !!! I have rarely seen such good customer service. From the women on the phone to the reliable recall of the technician Mr. Moser. The lady already gave me the presumed error, which I was able to fix myself (electrician). That was yesterday Friday shortly before noon, weekend without hot water would not have been so great. 1A clear recommendation!

As before, I am extremely dissatisfied, the telephone support in the Vienna branch is borderline negative! No comparison to the team in the other federal states!
M	Manfred Wasner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Techniker sind immer sehr nett und Kompetent. Und auch am Telefon wird man immer nett bedient, nur die Kosten der Ersatzteile sind extrem teuer. Zum Beispiel Gluhelement tausch bei einer Pellets Heizung. Der Austausch dauert eigentlich paar Minuten,45 min würde verrechnet mit der Überprüfung ob die Heizungstartet ist das so okay für mich, aber 514 zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit (Ersatzteil Kosten 296 ohne Steuer für ein Verschleissteil)! Sorry nächste Heizung wird, und kann keine Hoval sein. Wen ich bei Frolling ein Gluhelement bräuchte würde das maximal bis 145 Ersatzteilkosten sein (laut Tel Auskunft) . Meine Heizung ist jetzt 12 Jahre ich habe in den 12 Jahre mehr an Reparaturen und Service investiert als sie GEKOSTET hat. The technicians are always very nice and competent. And on the phone you are always served nicely, only the costs of the spare parts are extremely expensive. For example, replacing the glow element in a pellet heating system. The exchange actually takes a few minutes, 45 minutes would be offset against the check whether the heating starts, that's okay for me, but to ask for 514 is a cheek (spare part costs 296 without tax for a wearing part)! Sorry next heating will, and cannot be a Hoval. If I needed a glow element at Frolling, that would be a maximum of 145 spare parts costs (according to Tel information). My heater is now 12 years old. In the 12 years I have invested more in repairs and service than it COSTED.

Wir haben seit 8-2018 eine Hoval Komplettanalage mit Gastherme, Solarthermie, Steuerun,g usw. (alles aus einer Hand) Die Anlage funktionierte noch keine 6 Monate am Stück fehlerfrei!!!! Hoval hat es nie geschafft die Anlage ordnungsgemäß in Betrieb zu nehmen das einzige was sie versucht haben die Garantiezeit irgendwie abzuwarten. Nun haben wir ein Gasleck vermutlich verursacht durch die 3 Jahre alte Therme und Hoval hat als Antwort ein kostenpflichtiges Service angeboten. Ich kann aus meiner Sicht nur das absolut negativste über diese Firma berichten sowohl was Qualität der Hardware, Software, Kundendienst usw. betrifft! Außer leerer Worte und Versprechungen wurde nichts geleistet!! Wir werden wohl Rechtsbeistand brauchen! Based on personal experience, I can only advise against Hoval in all matters. Since 8-2018 we have had a complete Hoval system with gas boiler, solar thermal, control, etc. (everything from a single source) The system has not been working properly for 6 months at a time !!!! Hoval never managed to put the system into operation properly, the only thing they tried to do was to somehow wait for the guarantee period. Now we have a gas leak, presumably caused by the 3-year-old thermal bath, and Hoval has offered a fee-based service in response. From my point of view, I can only report the absolute most negative things about this company, both in terms of the quality of the hardware, software, customer service, etc.! Apart from empty words and promises nothing was done !! We'll need legal assistance!
