★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store while i was visiting Vienna, and the staff was very friendly, very informative, and not aggressive at all about selling or pushing sales on you. i stayed there and talked to Alex at the front counter for about an hour and gained some great info about bitcoin and related issues. when i visit vienna again i will definitely drop by and say hello.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to send 6€ in BTC to somebody. Coinbase locked my account to verify identity, but needed to send right away. Used the BTC ATM here. Nice service and good that it’s there, but really dumb way to send somebody 6€ (wouldn’t accept bank transfer, which would have been free). BTC transactions way too expensive and ATM takes a high fee, so only useful for larger transactions when in a pinch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a long-term strategy in mind, I got a "prepaid bitcoins card" from them many years ago (2017). Today I tried to request my bitcoins and they replied saying that I only had access to it for 1 year. Of course this was written somewhere in the tiny letters. Great business model, *rent* a "store of value" product (sarcasm).
