★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist an sich ein schönes Hotel, leider wurde aber nirgendwo erwähnt, dass neben dem Hotel eine Diskothek ist. Bis 3 Uhr nachts war enormer Lärm zu hören. Schade!
 It is a nice hotel in itself, but unfortunately nowhere was it mentioned that there was a nightclub next to the hotel. There was an enormous amount of noise to be heard until 3 a.m. Pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non adatto x italiani. Molta maleducazione alla reception, non ci è stato spiegato nulla. Del giardino e del Lago non c'è nessuna traccia. Camere buone ma non da 4 stelle.
Colazione e pulizia camere ottima.
La cena era una sorpresa, menù tradotto in maniera illeggibile, anzi una sera avevamo il pesce palla nel menù, invece era una polpetta. Canederli x tre giorni con varianti varie.
Altamente sconsigliato.
Not suitable for Italians. Much rudeness at the reception, nothing was explained to us. There is no trace of the garden and the lake. Good rooms but not 4-star.
Excellent breakfast and room cleaning.
Dinner was a surprise, menu translated illegibly, indeed one evening we had the puffer fish on the menu, instead it was a meatball. Canederli x three days with various variations.
Highly discouraged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An sich soweit akzeptabler Standard. Was gar nicht geht, ist ein Zimmer direkt über der hauseigenen Disco mit besoffen lärmenden Leuten bis um 5 Uhr morgens. Was auch grenzwertig ist, Essen aus der Dose serviert zu bekommen. Spinatknödel auf Dosentomaten und Windbeutel auf Dosenpfirsich Püree. Sonst ist das Essen in Ordnung. Ich würde dieses Hotel allerdings nicht nochmal buchen sondern in die Holzknecht Pension gehen. Der See und die Sauna dort sind wunderschön.
In itself so far an acceptable standard. What is not possible is a room directly above the in-house disco with drunk, noisy people until 5 a.m. Which is also borderline to be served canned food. Spinach dumplings on canned tomatoes and cream puffs on canned peach puree. Otherwise the food is ok. I would not book this hotel again, but go to the Holzknecht Pension. The lake and the sauna there are beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toller Service. Engagierte Mitarbeiter, aber die Unterkunft ist eine Bruchbude und dafür 110 € pro Nacht und pro Person ist zu viel Geld. Nie wieder.
great service Dedicated staff but the accommodation is a dump and for that €110 per night per person is too much money. Never again.

Sehr zu empfehlen.
Very, very tasty breakfast, super friendly staff and there is a great sauna/spa area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zunächst mal waren wir begeistert vom absolut unschlagbaren Preis der Pension. So wurden unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen: Das Zimmer war sehr in Ordnung, ebenso das freundliche Personal. Ganz besonders begeistert waren wir vom sehr leckeren fünf Gänge Menü am Abend mit vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten und den Bemühungen des Hotels und der Pension, immer auch eine milchfreie Alternative für mich zu zaubern. Als besonderes Extra hat man in der Pension auch ein Spa, das für den Preis vollkommen OK ist. Am Hotel befindet sich außerdem eine tolle Apres Ski Bar und der Skibusservice zum Gletscher klappte ebenfalls einwandfrei. Sehr gerne wieder!
First of all, we were thrilled by the absolutely unbeatable price of the pension. Our expectations were absolutely exceeded: the room was very ok, as was the friendly staff. We were particularly enthusiastic about the delicious five-course menu in the evening with many choices and the efforts of the hotel and guesthouse to always conjure up a dairy-free alternative for me. As a special extra, the pension also has a spa, which is perfectly OK for the price. The hotel also has a great apres ski bar and the ski bus service to the glacier also worked perfectly. Lovely again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very good place.to stay for families. Friendly atmosphere, nice stuff and helpful owner. Service o very high level . Nice qusine with variety of the local tasty food. Very convenience location - ski shuttle just in a front of hotel. Highly recommended!!!
