Comfortable surroundings, excellent spa facilities and what a location. The food and service was excellent and the staff in particular could not be more helpful. Did a walk up the valley on a day off the bike and loved the peace and tranquility of the area. Shame we were only there for 3 nights. Hotel is biker friendly, providing secure underground parking for my bike, but also washing facilities to give it a quick clean to wash off the previous few days weather... We will return.

We (APPY WANDERERS TOURING GROUP) were blessed to be looked after by dear Charlie, his wife and team back around 2010
C	Changyun Luo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing amenities, and friendly receptionists. Dinner and breakfast are very good value. Also, this is the first hotel in the Alps with full access for wheelchair guests. The hotel has a very inclusive atmosphere. Would totally come back again.
R	Randall Bryan Jepson Sr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place ! They are In a extremely beautiful mountain valley and 20 kilometers from the glacier. The drive up it astonishing! There were lifts that take you up further and there were people skiing and snow boarding . The hotel had a fantastic breakfast buffet and light lunch, then dinner was choice of the daily offering. The place is beautiful, several dining areas, large bar and lounge with pool table. Infinity pool, (heated) indoor heated lounge chair area then downstairs area that is for adults only with saunas and more. The people that work there were the best ! Wait and Service staff were super, multiple languages. I could not give a better recommendation!
J	Jan Herzán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been to hotel of this price-category. This was our first time when we didn't look for cheap hotel but for hotel that gives us comfort. In the Weisseespitze, everybody was friendly and helping us with all our queries. We went as a group of friends - 9 adults plus one 3/4-year-old toddler. Most of us have certain diet restrictions (gluten or lactose restrictions mostly). Nobody gave us even slight chance to complain - everybody (including cooks, receptionists and cleaning ladies) were so nice to our daughter and the food was always adjusted so it fit all restrictions we had. Rooms were nice, clean and equipped based on our needs - small bed, specialized bin for dippers - every small detail was well thought. Of course the spa was great as well, I used only the pool and sauna but my wife wend for couple of messages and she came back satisfied both times. It did worth every penny! I highly recommend.
