In den letzten Jahren wurde viel in die Modernisierung des Hotels investiert. Die Zimmer sind stets sauber und jeden Tag ästhetisch hergerichtet. Das Essen ist immer reichhaltig und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Hotelmanagement mischt sich gern unter die Gäste und freut sich über jedes Gespräch. Würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Very nice family hotel, which we like to visit regularly. You always feel welcome. A lot has been invested in modernizing the hotel in recent years. The rooms are always clean and aesthetically decorated every day. The food is always plentiful and very varied. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The hotel management also likes to mingle with the guests and looks forward to every conversation. Would recommend the hotel at any time.

Die Weinkarte lässt keine Wünsche übrig und das Abendessen ist fantastisch. Die Eigentümerfamilie ist sehr nett und das Personal bietet einen tollen Service. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche. Very nice hotel, great modern rooms, everything suitable for families. Overall very high quality, the breakfast buffet is balanced and there is something for everyone. The wine list leaves nothing to be desired and the dinner is fantastic. The owner family is very nice and the staff offer great service. We were completely satisfied and had a very relaxed week.

Staff have been friendly and although dinner this evening was a little slower than usual they remained very professional. I have stayed in kaunertal once a year for the past 4 years and am very happy with this accommodation.
A	Auteur Inconnu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful place to live in (this location)! The hotel itself brings mixed feelings.. For ~€200 price you can get nice room with balcony and nice view, the only disadvantage is a breakfast, it's very poor. And a receptionist's computer is very laggy ?
I	Ian Webb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Food is tasty and well cooked and nicely presented. The ski bus stops right outside. When my wife became ill they called a doctor for her and offered to pick us up from the hospital if she had to go with the ambulance that came. Recommended definitely.
