Für Ausflüge am Neusiedlersee gut geeignet. Personal sehr bemüht und kinderfreundlich. Hotel great, location like a motel in a commercial area. Unfortunately also a bit noisy. The inside nice and clean. Breakfast and dinner very good. Well suited for excursions on Lake Neusiedl. Staff very hard-working and child-friendly.

Very clean; friendly staff; there was good food in the restaurant; Breakfast was good; we had a family room with an anteroom and two bedrooms - perfect for families with children or friends; the location is not that nice - it didn't matter to us because we were only there to sleep ...

Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, und die junge Servicedame war sehr bemüht. Bei der Anreise am Sonntag um kurz nach 14 Uhr war der Kellner unfreundlich. An aging hotel, large, clean room and bathroom with a comfortable bed with a view of the lake. Sufficient breakfast buffet, something for every taste, and the young service lady tried very hard. When we arrived on Sunday shortly after 2 p.m. the waiter was unfriendly.
O	Oliver Maierhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe hier mit meiner Familie einen Wochenendurlaub geplant. Anreise war am Samstag um 07:00 Uhr zu dieser Zeit hätte es schon Frühstück geben sollen... Tja das Hotel war um 07:20 immer noch versperrt, hab geläutet, keine Reaktion, hab angerufen Niemand hat abgenommen. Schließlich kam der Hotelbesitzer um 07:40 Uhr sichtlich benommen von der vorigen Nacht (Restalkohol war riechbar). Keine Entschuldigung - Nichts. Im Foyer wurde augenscheinlich auf gefeiert, denn Bierdosen standen überall verteilt, genau wie Chipspackungen, ein grausiger Anblick. Dann hat er allein schnell Frühstück gemacht. Semmeln von Vorgestern, das Gesamte Frühstück wurde (so wie es aussah) direkt vom daneben angesiedelten Billa gekauft, Verpackung aufgerissen und auf Tellern serviert. Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel reichlich schwach. Nie mehr wieder. Eine derart schlechte Hotelführung hab ich Zeit meines Lebens noch nicht erlebt. I have planned a weekend break here with my family. Arrival was on Saturday at 7:00 a.m. at this time breakfast should have been served ... Well the hotel was still locked at 7:20 a.m., the bell rang, no response, I called. Nobody answered. Finally, at 7:40 a.m., the hotel owner came visibly dazed from the previous night (you could smell the remaining alcohol). No excuse - nothing. Apparently there was a party in the foyer, because beer cans were scattered everywhere, just like chip packs, a gruesome sight. Then he quickly made breakfast on his own. Rolls from the day before yesterday, the entire breakfast (as it looked) was bought directly from the Billa next door, the packaging torn open and served on plates. Quite weak for a 3 star hotel. Never again. I have never seen such a bad hotel management in my life.
G	Gerhard Erlmoser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mit meiner Familie (Freundin und Sohn mit 11 Jahren) für ein Wochenende angereist. Die 3G Kontrolle wurde, was ich gut finde, sehr genau genommen. Unser Zimmer jedoch war schlimm!! Es roch nach Alkohol und Zigaretten, die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und die Wand komplett beschmutzt (Spritzer, Flecken usw.). Das Badezimmer war großteils sauber, die Duschwand und die Fugen sahen jedoch mehr als gebraucht aus. Wir haben nach Rücksprache ein anderes Zimmer im Obergeschoss bekommen. Hier sah auch alles ganz anders und ordentlicher aus. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war in Ordnung! So ein Zimmer an eine Familie mit Kind zu vermieten ist für mich fragwürdig. Da sind mir auch die drei Sterne ein Rätsel!! I came with my family (girlfriend and son at the age of 11) for a weekend. The 3G control was taken very carefully, which I think is good. However, our room was bad! It smelled of alcohol and cigarettes, the mattresses were worn out and the wall was completely soiled (splashes, stains, etc.). The bathroom was mostly clean, but the shower wall and grout looked more than used. After consultation, we got another room on the upper floor. Here everything looked completely different and tidier. Breakfast the next day was ok! Renting out such a room to a family with a child is questionable for me. The three stars are also a mystery to me!
