â â â â â Ich habe dieses Hotel schon immer sehr geliebt. Hab heute telefonisch ein Zimmer reserviert aber leider haben sie 1 Stunde gebraucht meine Anfrage zu bearbeiten und das Zimmer wurde dann online von einer anderen Person reserviert. Am Telefon sagte man mir Bescheid, ich hĂ€tte mein Zimmer auch online reservieren können. Aber wie geht das wenn man eine Spezielle Rate (bzw. Weinakademikerrate) anfragen möchte?
Schade, komme nicht mehr wieder.
I have always loved this hotel very much. I reserved a room today by phone but unfortunately it took you 1 hour to process my request and the room was then reserved online by another person. I was told on the phone that I could have reserved my room online. But how does that work if you want to request a special rate (or wine academy rate)?
It's a shame, won't be back.
