The food was a lot nicer than I would have expected, I slept very well on the bed and the room wasn't very big but it was nice and cosy. The only thing I didn't like was that the waitress serving our table didn't speak eighter German or English very well. This made her seen a bit snappy. But overall I had a great experience.
C	Corryn Zimmerman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is nicely located to Gaisberg lift and ski bus. Rooms arevery loud, can hear conversations next door and anyone just stepping in rooms above. Also rooms facing road- road noise is loud. Bed and bedding is fine, standard. But pillows are tiny, and thin we are sleeping with sweaters under our pillows. Small frustration- weren’t told we had a hotel card-apparently in little mail box on wall- and therefor then got charged 2.80 per person to ride bus. Wasn’t until we came back and asked, they told us it was “right over there” doh! For the price and stars the hotel has- breakfast is basic, meats, cheese, rolls and muesli. No fresh juice, just something like sunnyD. Wish I had read other reviews- bathroom small- rooms not updated, no staff at reception, etc. all in all, not a good choice for the price.
L	Lennard Hofmeijer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 5 days inclusive dinner and breakfast. First things first: service was very good. When we arrived late in the night it was still possible to have dinner, it was no problem to switch rooms or get an extra pillow or blanket and the room was basic but comfortable and very clean. Rooms are noisy however and in the week we were there the hotel felt more like a hostel with big groups drinking, people smoking and drinking on the balconies at night and sometimes very drunk people in the hallways. The dinner and breakfast is basic but ok. The hotel lacks a good atmosphere, there is not a nice bar and after dinner you have to leave the dining room. There is no a cozy place to play some games, or get together. There is a five star hotel under the same roof and I think some of the employees spend all their friendlyness there. There is nothing left for the 3 star guest. Arrogance is not what you need when you work in hospitality. Fortunately there where some rare staff members who understood this and where very good!
