Wonderful views from balconies I was on This trip with shearings coaches the drivers lesley & Neil were fantastic only 15 passengers onboard so lots of room to spread out and relax during the night which was useful as we were travelling through the night.

Perfect location for skiers and walkers. .regular bus service to the ski lifts just outside hotel...lovely picturesque 10min walk into kirchberg or a beautiful walk to aschau at the other end of the valley takes about 1h 30mins...gorgeous in the snow r sunshine! I would highly recommend a stay here!

The hotel is rated 4 stars and I'm not sure what four stars mean, but while hotel is not perfect people that work there make all the difference. While we all expect service, this place redefines service. I probably would not exaggerate if I would say managers from other hotels should visit here for a day or two to learn what service actually look like. Not only they claim they speak English they actually do. Not only they helping you but they also go extra lengths to make sure that their help is helpful. and I'm not isolating reception when I'm talking about help I'm talking about every single staff member that we spoken to made sure that we served to the best of their abilities. Food is plenty and of highest quality. Highly recommend to visit this place.
