★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viele der Angestellten waren freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war schön gedeckt, die Esszimmer waren farblich passend dekoriert, was sehr gut aussah! Aber mein Zimmer war nicht schön. Der Boden hat wohl einen Wasserschaden zu viel gesehen. Meine Toilettentür ging daher kaum auf. Die Wand war nass und voller Spinnweben. Die Fenster/Balkontür müsste auch mal wieder geputzt werden und die Brause repariert!
 Many of the staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. The breakfast was nicely set, the dining room were decorated to match color, which looked very good! But my room was not nice. The ground has probably seen a water damage too much. My toilet door was therefore hardly on. The wall was wet and covered with cobwebs. The window / balcony door would also have to be cleaned again and the shower repaired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel im Zentrum, schöner Englischer Garten, Zimmer gemütlich, Bad sehr klein, aber sauber, Frühstück sehr gut, Personal auch sehr freundlich, Preise sind noch Normal.
Hotel in the center, beautiful English garden, room comfortable, bathroom very small, but clean, breakfast very good, staff also very friendly, prices are still normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht! Einfach schlecht. Rezeption war Telefonisch nie erreichbar und sehr unfreundlich. Haben dann zur Zeit angerufen (16-18)
Wir wären erst um 21 aus München angekommen wegen Stau und riefen in der Rezeption an. Hotel stellt Bedingung, dass man von 16-18 Einchecken muss. Info kam von einem Herren mit osteuropäischem Akzent. Als Lösung wurde uns angeboten, dass wir kostenlos stornieren konnten. :( wir mussten dann auf dem Weg zur Hochzeit ein neues Hotel buchen und sind im Sacher Baden eingecheckt.
Attention! Simply bad. Reception was never reachable by phone and very unfriendly. Have then called at the moment (16-18)
We would not have arrived from Munich until 9pm due to a traffic jam and called the reception. Hotel stipulates that you have to check-in between 4pm and 6pm. Info came from a gentleman with an Eastern European accent. As a solution, we were offered that we could cancel free of charge. :( We then had to book a new hotel on the way to the wedding and are checked in at Sacher Baden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung! Wenn die Check-in Zeit nur leicht abweicht, bekommt man als Antwort vom Hotel, dass man ja gerne stornieren kann, da die Check-in Zeit nicht möglich ist (zum Mittag). Haben wir gemacht und ein anderes Hotel gebucht, die auf unsere Ankunftszeit Rücksicht genommen haben!
Caution! If the check-in time differs only slightly, the hotel will reply that you are welcome to cancel, since the check-in time is not possible (at noon). We did and booked another hotel who took our arrival time into consideration!
