★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das gesamte Team lebt Kundenservice! Ab der ersten Begegnung wird man wirklich auf Händen getragen. Das Essen war außerdem SO gut, dass wir schon scherzhaft meinten, dass wir gar nicht mehr auf die Piste wollen, sondern den ganzen Tag im Restaurant bleibt. Wir waren das erste Mal im Hotel Silvretta, außer uns waren aber fast nur Stammgäste da und das wahrscheinlich aus gutem Grund. Wirklich toller Urlaub!
The whole team lives customer service! From the first encounter you are really taken care of. The food was also SO good that we joked that we didn't want to go on the slopes anymore, but stayed in the restaurant all day. It was our first time at the Hotel Silvretta, but apart from us there were almost only regular guests and that was probably for a good reason. Really great holiday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd time we came. Comfortable rooms, delicious food and wine, very friendly staff. Very child friendly. Great value for money. 5 to 10 minutes to the ski slopes with the hotel shuttle.
