M	Michel Kox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het hotel is oke, maar niets bijzonders. Het eten is goed, de kamer is ruim en voldoet. De badkamer is wat gedateerd en de douche is onhandig als je lang bent. The hotel is okay, but nothing special. The food is good, the room is spacious and adequate. The bathroom is a bit dated and the shower is awkward if you are tall.

Service mag iets vriendelijker. Vooral gezien de vele accomodaties in de buurt zou ik aanraden om even verder te kijken. Hotel is okay but nothing special. Rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The food is okay but not really special, many simple accessible dishes. Service could be a little friendlier. Especially given the many accommodations in the area, I would recommend looking further afield.
M	Matthias Heuer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir wurden freundlichst empfangen und konnten sofort unser Zimmer beziehen. Den Skipass um einen Tag zu verlängern hat ohne Probleme funktioniert, dass fanden wir sehr erfreulich, da am anreise Tag perfekte Bedingungen geherrscht haben. Bei Anliegen oder Fragen zum Tagesablauf wurde uns an der Rezeption sofort geholfen. Das Frühstücks- und Abendessen Angebot war sehr vielfältig und sehr lecker. Etwas anzumerken gibt es allerdings schon. Das Hotel war nicht sehr voll, allerdings kam es einem so vor, als wenn Markus hinter der Bar schnell überfordert war. Sodass Melanie ständig einspringen musste. Es kam dann teilweise auch so vor, als wenn es wichtiger war, dass Markus etwas zu essen bekommt als der Gast seine Getränke. Auch zur jetzigen Corona Situation. Natürlich gibt es Regeln an die man sich gerne hält, denn daran steht und fällt eine Urlaubsmöglichkeit. Wenn man dann aber Mitarbeiter sieht, die sich nicht an Coronaregeln halten und Masken nur alibimässig am Kinn tragen, sich vom Tisch zu Tisch setzen um mit Gästen zu reden wie es Cathrin aus dem Skikeller getan hat, fehlt mir jegliches Verständnis. Selbst als Sie darauf hingewiesen wurde, kamen nur sehr fragwürdige Coronaansichten zum Vorschein We had a very nice holiday. We were greeted in a friendly manner and were able to move into our room immediately. Extending the ski pass by one day worked without any problems, which we found very pleasing, since the conditions on the day of arrival were perfect. For concerns or questions about the daily routine, we were helped immediately at the reception. The breakfast and dinner offer was very varied and very tasty. However, there is something to note. The hotel wasn't very busy, but it seemed as if Markus behind the bar was quickly overwhelmed. So that Melanie constantly had to step in. Sometimes it also seemed as if it was more important that Markus got something to eat than the guest got his drinks. Also to the current Corona situation. Of course there are rules that you are happy to follow, because they are the basis of a holiday opportunity. But when you see employees who don't comply with corona rules and only wear masks on their chins as an alibi, sitting from table to table to talk to guests like Cathrin did from the ski cellar, I have absolutely no understanding. Even when this was pointed out to you, only very questionable corona views came to light
