★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a room and we had a delay (check-in was until 18:00) and they refuse to make the keys available afterwards through some other means and they also charge the tax per 1 night, because (sic) you cannot be at the hotel during the check-in time. I asked them not to charge me, since I was forced to go to another hotel, arriving a bit late and all, and since they are not able to check me in, and they did it anyway, full tax. If you do some research, you find out it's their practice to con people and get some free money (via Booking or some other website that allow this). I do not recommend it, it's a tourist trap, the lady was very rude at the phone, basically they are just common thieves, stealing money with this "no late than 18:00" check in policy. My advice for future travelers: read all the comments, not just the top ones.
PS. They also pretend not to know English . I don't recommend them, definitely one of my worst experiences. If I wasn't in the area just passing by, I would have gone to the police.
