M	Matej Udovičić on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was just perfect. Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and very clean. Excellete and very delicious breakfast. Great spa! I highly recommand this place to stay! Suitable eaither for families with kids and couples. I will come again here surely.

The outside pools which are very nice could have been a bit warmer in our opinion, but apart from that it was great. We especially enjoyed the finnish sauna.

I have always been for business but most of the people is there on vacation. You can enjoy the fitness area and the sauna or have a good dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast assortment is the best one I have ever found with all kind of options. I love this place.
A	A E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old and out dated hotel, but nice pool. What was so nice was Doris who worked at the reception. I asked Doris to order a taxi (my german is not that good) and she ordered a taxi to a totally different location for a price that was to high, so I asked her to cancel the order. Then I found out that Doris made a mistake and I asked her to order another taxi. Doris first refused and told me to take the bus!! She did not want to call again because it would look bad on her she said. Sorry, i am the custumor here, Doris! After a long discusion she ordered the taxi. I have never even been treated so horribly by an hotel employee. Shame on you Doris!
v	vani freedom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my holiday at that place. It was a very warm welcome. the showed us the hotel and where to find everything. The food was delicious. At the breakfast buffet you could find everything for an amazing breakfast. The workers at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I only eat vegetarian food, there were loads of options and the stuff was always helpful to get me something. The rooms are quiet and I had a beautiful view over the alps. The hotel offers a lot to do and after a long day outside. you are really looking forward to that relaxing spa area. I am really looking forward to our next stay here. Thank you family Gschwentner and their amazing stuff
G	Gulia A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the pools, sauna and steam room. View is beautiful. Everyone working at the hotel and restaurants was very nice and hospitable. The only complaint is smell of cigarettes in the hallways and somewhat of promotion of smoking by even placing vending machines for cigarettes on floors next to rooms.

c	chantel lai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 4 days with my husband's family and it was a wonderful experience, in every sense of the word. The hotel staff were very accommodating and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. The room was comfortable, I loved the buffet - large variety of food and the spa experience was divine. I do hope though the non clothed section in the spa continues to be respected as i did experience people who were fully clothed coming into the sauna, it felt a bit uncomfortable. There was also an older gentlemen who didn't make it a secret that he was staring through the window as I came out of the cold pool, it would be nice if the window wasn't only tinted on the bottom half - cant always avoid creeps i suppose. Other than that, a truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel!
