★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this hotel three times in the past and I have always been very satisfied, so I was happy to return once again, specialy after so many lockdowns.
Well I have to tell you that this last stay was a big disappointment.
Probably the change of hotel owner also changed the quality of services.
It's incomprehensible in a 4+ star hotel for someone to refuse to take dirty glasses from my room and used plates after breakfast, and then ask a fee for such a basic service.
Also in the past, the hotel shuttle was given service, now you have to call only the vilage taxi to get from solden to your hotel in hochsolden. 4+ star hotel without their own shattle service?
I have been this hotel for the last time, they dont deserve my money.

My husband and I have been to this ski in/out hotel 3 times and we are already planning our 4th stay (fingers crossed with covid for 2022). I’m not a skier, but I love the wellness area. My husband loves that he can be on the slope heading down to the valley even before the gondolas open up to visitors. While I sleep in, he starts the day with 1.5-2 hours of skiing/snowboarding on untouched pistes and then returns to the hotel for breakfast with me. The service is great and food is always wonderful. Dinners are more like a fine dining experience. Views from the dining room are amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing on every level with any request quickly acted upon! We left without informing the manager that we are exceptionally happy with our waiter Viorel. He is very professional at what he does and his people skills make him stand out! We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with even greater service. Parking the car, bringing luggage to the room, excellent breakfast and dinner and a great spa area...everything is there for a super relaxing holiday. The ski piste is litteraly 4 steps from the door. When we mentioned the beds were a bit soft, new matrasses were installed the same day (big compliment to Judith!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beuatiful hotel right on the slope with amazing views and very good half board. They also have good wine offer. The only thing which we did not like that the water in the pool is only 33 Celsia, which makes it a bit uncomfortable to stay in outside for more that few minutes.
