Nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Clean and nice rooms (with air conditioning!), Nice small breakfast buffet - enjoy the food in the shade on the terrace! Nice and attentive staff.

Very nice and courteous service. The breakfast is sufficient. Even if the hotel is not the most modern, it is still very clean.
A	Anja Speigner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel sehr schön und sauber. Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Balkon waren Zimmer modern. Im 2. Stock jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles sauber. Zum Frühstück gab es alles was man braucht. Auf Nachfrage der Bedienung bekamen wir ein Ham and Eggs bzw. Rührei mit Speck. Kommen sicher mal wieder. Hotel very nice and clean. Rooms on the first floor with a balcony were modern. On the 2nd floor, however, a bit old. But everything was clean. For breakfast there was everything you need. When the waitress asked us, we got ham and eggs or scrambled eggs with bacon. Will definitely come again.

Wichtig zu wissen: Das Hotel bietet keinen Restaurantservice mehr an, im Ort findet man aber ausreichend Möglichkeiten. Fine hotel! We stayed at the Burgenländerhof for one night. We liked it a lot, price-performance ratio was very good. Important to know: The hotel no longer offers a restaurant service, but there are plenty of options in town.
S	Sabrina Eggl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind nicht mal ins Hotel gekommen! Ich habe selbst lange in der Hotellerie gearbeitet und so etwas hätte ich mir nie erlaubt! Ich habe angerufen und wollte ein Zimmer reservieren, dann hieß es “bitte eine Email schreiben”. Habe ich gemacht! Ich bekam ein Angebot, worauf ich noch eine Frage hatte…. Die Frage wurde beantwortet und als Abschluss hieß es dann “das letzte Zimmer wurde von jemand anderen gebucht” Ich bin sprachlos!! So nun stehen wir ohne Zimmer da!! Ich persönlich finde so eine Art unmöglich und sehr unhöflich! We didn't even get to the hotel! I've worked in the hotel industry for a long time myself and I would never have allowed myself to do something like that! I called and wanted to reserve a room, then it said “please write an email”. I have made! I got an offer, whereupon I had another question…. The question was answered and at the end it was said “the last room was booked by someone else” I'm speechless!! So now we are without a room! Personally, I find it kind of impossible and very rude!
R	Roman Sternad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes ruhiges Hotel, schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, ausreichendes Frühstück... schöne grosse Terrasse, aber leider kein Restaurant mehr dabei. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nice, quiet hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff, sufficient breakfast ... nice large terrace, but unfortunately no restaurant left. We would love to come back.
