Dirty bathroom, weak furniture but the food was good

I was with the st Bernards group the other week really nice place and waiter callecalled timmy

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good prices. Excellent food. We come here for years and no regrets!

I have never stayed in such a dirty but very dirty, uncomfortable, stinky, annoying hotel in my life. I came Kundl for job interview and company arranged this hotel (!). The local authority must close down here immediately.

The hotel is pleasant. But the church clock nearby is so loud you can't stand it

Situated in very central area. Some rooms have been refurbished but nothing to write home about. Staff try their best to be helpful but speak no English. So language barrier. The mattresses are so thin you think you are sleeping on planks. Very thin pillows. When asked for more we had to wait 2 days. Breakfast is poor and on one occassion juice was sour. Cleaniness leaves much to be desired. Giving it any kind of star would be a joke

Bedrooms are very tired. One of the beds in our room had broken slats and the mattress collapsed as soon as we tried sitting on it, so one of us had to move bedrooms. The staff were unhelpful in the breakfast area. Evening staff were however welcoming .

That was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are extremely dirty. The carpets haven't been vacuumed since maybe the day when this hotel was built, walls are dirty too. The springs from the mattress made us feel uncomfortable so we had to put a towel on them (photo). But that became nothing after we had entered the bathroom. The walls and the cellar were covered in mold (you can see it on the photos). All the night a horrible smell stayed in the room because of cattle dunk in the neighbourhood (photo) but it was impossible to sleep with closed windows because there was so conditioner. When we went to the reception to ask for another room, noone was there. We waited and a man approached us. We asked him for another room, then he asked why and when we told him about our problem he said that it's not his hotel and not his problem, he's a waiter (then why the water started to ask us about our problem). Plus to his rude tone he was drunk and it was impossible to talk to him because he smelled like he was vodka himself. So we had to spent a night in this room. But when we woke up in the morning, a new surprise waited for us. Look at the breakfast that was included in the price of the room (photo). We were forced to go to the supermarket because there was nothing to eat. I will never stay again in this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. *** *** Dieses Hotel war am schlechtesten in diese ich je war. Das Zimmer war zu schmutzig und das Bad hatte Schimmel an den Wänden. Wenn wir gegangen nach die Rezeption, die Administrator war weg. Wir haben gewartet und über 15 Minuten ein Mann hat gegangen zu uns. Wir haben gesagt ihn über unsere Probleme und er hat geantwortet was das ist nicht sein Hotel und nicht sein Problem, er ist Kellner. Außerdem war er betrunken und er roch nach Alkohol. So er hat nicht mit unserem Problem uns geholfen. Am Photo könnt Ihr unser Frühstück sehen. Wir hatten nichts zu essen. Über Sauberkeit ins Zimmer, genau werden wir an Behörden uns wenden.
