★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to an urgent medical issue, we cancelled our booking just over two days in advance and they insisted on charging us the price of the room...but they 'refunded' us the booked breakfast out of kindness. Gee thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel, no elevator which is not so nice that we need to carry (the reception guy helped but with one suitcase), the room is clean but very old fashioned, does'nt look like what was promised online, the breakfast was very good and quality. There is alsi no refrigerator in the room which would have been nice. I feel the hotel is too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean hotel close to the city center, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and stylish. Get the balcony if possible. ? As many others have stated before, the breakfast is simply astounding. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a nice little hotel! We totally loved it! Booked for 3 nights with breakfast, which is taken outside in a Familiy like style. You feel like home, when you are staying here. All employees are so heart warm and friendly that you don’t want to leave. And did I mention the breakfast? ? One of the best I ever had!! Will, hopefully be able to come back here again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little hotel, with the most amazing breakfast I've ever seen. The rooms are very clean and comfy, staff is always very helpful and friendly.
The standout though is the breakfast - completely homemade or sourced from the immediate region, they put the provenance of each ingredient on the labels. Additionally, every morning they provide guests with an overview of the weather, of daily events happening in town.
Can‘t recommend this place enough, will definitely come back here next time I‘m in Salzburg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a room where the entrance is the bathroom.. there is no door between the sleeping room and the bathroom. The toilet is separate with a sliding door (no noise reduction whatsoever) to the main room. The additional "bed" was askew and too short for an adult despite the confirmation that this would fit.
The reason for 3 stars is that there seems to be better designed rooms and the roomkeeping and breakfast service was very friendly and attentive.
