A	Abdulaziz Almutawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason why I gave them a one star is because of the people working at the reception. Those people were rude to me and they seem to be ignorant about other cultures and not courteous at all. For instance, I tried to use the message chair and there's a sign in Dutch that said pay to use and I figured it would like the ones in the US where you insert the credit card and then it works automatically. However, my card didn't work and gave me an error message. I went to the reception and he told me that he'd send a maintenance guy to look why I was receiving that error message and the maintenance guy told me you need to have a special card for the chair and you'd get that card from the reception. After that, we both went to the reception and the maintenance guy was explaining what happened to the reception guy (in Dutch) and they both laughed at me!! I mean it's rude first of all and second of all you're ignorant because there're machines that work with the credit card only without the need for a special card. This was only one of many things I didn't like about the reception people. To be fair, the people working at the restaurant and in the breakfast room were extremely friendly and polite. However, I'm definitely not coming back here ever even if they give me the room for free.
Y	YG YG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel for family ski vacation. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff - both at the reception and the restaurant. Nice SPA area with two mid-size swimming pools with warm and very clean water. Although situated near the road there was no issue with car noise. Ski area is only 5 min drive from the hotel, parking was free and easy. Ski rent shop is just across the street, offering discount for people who stay at the hotel. There are several ski areas in up to 30 min drive distance and the Alpin ski pass gives you access to all.

View obstructed by buildings. Asking for toothbrush they were rude back that no hotel has. Checkout can only be done after 8am or 9pm the day before. Would suggest a smaller more charming hotel. This is more like a motel where you don't feel welcomed.

A	Anna Pottereule on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here to dine on our way through Austria. Good service and nice atmosphere! There are vegetarian options as well as fish and meat plates. They also offer local beers and wines as well as Strongbow cider.

The SPA, the outdoor pool, the saunas, the indoor pool, the rooms, the restaurant, the food, the friendliness of the staff, everything was just excellent and every tiny detail was thought of! 4* hotel plus, you even get sparkling wine for breakfast in the morning, that's more like a 5* hotel service:) Thank you again and again to the owners and the team for a week in paradise! We will definitely come back!

I can truly recommend this hotel and all the services they offer. One of the big advantages - ski rent/service just opposite the hotel, couldn't be more convenient! Thank you for a great holiday!

Newly refurbished hotel, the outdoor heated pool with bubble beds is something amazing, especially in the winter time. The steam bath and the sauna were fantastic, some of us also enjoyed the top class gym. The chef took orders for omelette and preferred eggs every morning and we could enjoy show cooking:) We stayed for a week on a skiing trip. I could have easily extended the stay for indefinite:) We will be back! The price was a fraction in comparison to other places.
