M	Markus Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and supportive staff. Rooms are in need of renovation. Hotel is actually a youth hostel and target group are youth groups. It is ok to stay here for a couple of nights but would not book full holidays.
A	Adam Nowacki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When reading positive comments on this hotel it seems to me not possible that this is the same hotel I have spent my winter holidays this year. In one word this is just horrible. I can understand that the building is old but this cannot justify dirty rooms. Another story is the food - breakfasts were acceptable but dinners were just disgusting. Austrian kitchen is very tasty, but in this hotel you can get only some "Polish-style" grub.

D	Daniela Popescul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if the hotel is quite old, with small rooms, and needs to be modernized, we had a nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, the meals were nice. The breakfast was varied enough (weak and tasteless coffee, though). At the dinner one soup, two types of meat and various sides - rice/potatoes/brocolli etc., salads and a dessert were offered. All meals were tasty. There is also a lobby and a room for games like table tennis, snooker, and a small "spa" (sauna + jacuzzi). One needs reservation for the sauna, but is free of charge.
