★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and courteous. The sauna area is great. The menu offers something for everyone but also regional specialties. To get to the hotel from the Hintertuxer Gletscher after 17:00 o'clock you have to change once by bus but only in the low season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rate just the restaurant - food was delicious and the service was amazing. There was waitress (about 50) that was smiling all the time, do some little jokes, was very nice and you really felt welcomed. Also the service was fast and we never had to wait to order.
