t	takti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just superb: - fantastic architecture that blends in wonderfully with the landscape - everything just feels clean, top quality and well thought through - rooms (stayed in fire suite) are super cozy, clean and the view is great - spa & pool area: huge - yet cozy, has everything you could wish for incl. a wonderful design. you can literally spend the whole day there. - food: they will make sure you never go hungry and I'd rate it at 3-4 stars - the house cat moses alone is a reason to keep coming back :)

Most amazing is the main sauna where you have a direct view on the Zugspitze! The food is extraordinary and the staff is well trained and extremely polite! We are already looking forward to our next stay at this great hotel!
V	V V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is unbelievable... The view from everywhere - your room, the dining area or all wellness areas is to die for - directly on Zugspitze. We were welcomed warmly, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The food, oh dear lord we wished we had extra space for everything they offer. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a cook offering freshly made eggs, a variety of delicious fresh fruit, yoghourts, cheese, pancakes, semolina pudding, salmon, honey, sparkling wine, bread, and more... The most outstanding is definitely the wellness and spa area. The adult only MOHR escape is an entire spa area with its distinct sauna, relax&chill area and outdoor infinity pool. Families don't have to pass on this place though, as there's an entire family area as well, with pools and sauna etc. In winter they even installed their own ice skating area on the big terasse! The entire bar area and lounge is just amazing as well, the cocktails are excellent and the seating possibilities so cozy! Upon departure we received a nice good-bye sparkling wine. We will definitely come back as soon as possible and recommend the resort to anyone who is seeking a relaxing time-out from everyday life :)

The location is totally out of this world and our room was facing the Zugspitze. We had a very contemporary luxurious room. Would have stayed longer if we could have gotten another reservation but they were totally full which does not surprise me. Everything was the best that it could be. I would totally recommend this hotel and spa to anybody for a relaxing weekend or a week. We will definitely be back the spa and endless pools were to die for.

Ended up semi burried in a very old room, with a view on a wall on one side and on a street/parking lot on the other side. Bathroom was terrible, blind and with an old shower and a broken sink. When we complained, the staff acknowledged it was indeed one of the “worst room of the hotel” but still they did nothing, and they didn’t even come back to us after complaining. They offered a discount as a proof they are selling something they shouldn’t be selling at that price. But that is absolutely not sufficient and they will keep on selling this room to future clients. A shame. Never again
