★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve stayed at the hotel for two weeks while visiting the Salzburg /Tirol area and used it as our base for a star type of visit.
Pros:
- Great location, minutes from the A1 road. Minutes from Salzburg center.
- Good breakfast with nice variety.
- Quiet location and quiet hotel. We did not suffer from any noise from adjacent rooms.
- Underground parking.
- Beds were comfortable.
Cons:
- Small rooms.
- Cleaning service is bad. The floor was vacuumed once during our two weeks stay. If you are out of toilet paper / Tissue, you need to leave “hints” for the cleaning service to notice it and add new. Bed sheets were not changed throughout the two weeks stay. Dust was not cleaned. Toilet and sink were occasionally cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its great hotel and really I recommend it to people.! The staff are great and friendly too. They are willing to serve their clients professionally. They seek to keep their residences are happy. The room was fantastic and new. They have their private parking in the basement. Near from the hotel is the police office. The city centre is handy. It’s about 2km from hotel.!
Thank you guys for your excellent service and I promise if I want to come again to Salzburg, I will make sure that I must visit you again.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic hotel, very clean modern rooms. Well equipped with microwave and coffee making supplies. The location is a little further removed from the city centre but the walk is nice as it keeps you active whilst exploring and a very convenient bus stop outside is available with cheap daily tickets at around 4€ from memory. The reception staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. This is one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in during our month across Europe and I have no issue recommending it 100% to anyone. We had 4 young adults stay in a suite room and it was very comfortable, the sofa bed was great. Would definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review at 3:30 am because the bed is too uncomfortable to sleep in. My shoulder is actually hurting from how hard the bed is. I think I should add that the parking is extremely tight and fills up fast. If I could find a spot in the garage I couldn’t open my trunk. They will say you can park on the streets. There are about 4 spots on the street and they are always taken by locals. The breakfast is good. The room has an actual fridge not just a cooler. The room had disposable forks, spoons, plates. The maid service emptied the trash but did not replace towels placed on the floor in a pile. The safe battery was low so we did not get to use it.
